so basically as a foreign exchange student, you are allowed to choose whatever you want as courses, from wherever you want. technically. everything i wanted had to do with optional courses. they said no problem, just go subscribe for them.
actually, they needed my student card for the subscription, which i got on the 18th, after 23 days of doing nothing and trying to choose courses. the subscriptions for the optionals ended on the 14th, of course.
skipping some boring details, i find out that i can only subscribe in two courses, out of which one is obligatory. so much for optionals and liberty of choice...
so i decided to go check out some of the courses to see if they fit the schedule i need to make here and choose the best one. the great thing is that you can only see the day and hour of the course after you have signed up for it. and of course, everything as description, location and all that is classified.
gave up on all the courses i came to lyon for...
